I am a very versatile trained musician (voice and piano), yogi and holistic health facilitator. I studied music and sports in Germany (Mannheim and Karlsruhe) and went through several health certification processes such as fitness coach, swimming instructor, food coach (nutrition) and cross-fit trainer. Besides the physical aspect, I am also interested in mystical arts such as Wicca, Tantra and modern shamanism.
As an artist, conductor and track and field coach, I have been able to work with clients of all ages and apply my extensive knowledge.
My interest in yoga and holistic health brought me to India, where I engaged in intensive yoga and yoga therapy teacher training at the international Sapta Yoga School (Switzerland, India). As a singer, I have a profound connection to sound and breathing that I can combine into a unique experience in my pranayama practices.
I am a cheerful contemporary who loves to use a wide range of instruments in a playful, sustainable, effective, multidisciplinary and targeted way.
It is very important to me to follow up words with deeds and to apply the acquired knowledge authentically, as I myself have undergone my own physical and spiritual transformation process in the last 12 years.
