Als ich vor 30 Jahren das erste Mal nach Indien kam, war ich depressiv, suizidal und hoffnungslos. Intuitiv nahm ich damals schon für mich wahr, dass das westliche, materialistische Weltbild für mich nicht stimmig ist, für mich der falsche Weg ist, mein Leben zu gestalten. Unterliegend der „westlichen Konditionierung“ war es für mich das einzige Richtige, dieses mir mein Geburtsrecht nehmende System, zu verlassen um mich Selbst zu finden und Frieden zu finden und die Lust am Leben wieder zu entdecken.

I brought with me some trauma from my childhood. For years I have been a victim of emotional & sexual abuse. I also experienced an intense, redeeming and inspiring journey to myself.

Thanks to India, the traveling and the special people who came into my life and gave me tools, I liberated myself and my life. Many of these tools not only helped me in my situation at the time, I still use them and have integrated them into my life. Not to forget ... Grace & Blessings from all my masters.

For more than 20 years I have been offering massages, Reiki initiations, breath work, trauma release, kinesiology, Bach flower therapy & homeopathy as a companion. I am also the mother of a now 16-year-old son. In a fulfilling relationship with Arun, we live together mainly in Arambol in Goa, India. Even though the West is slowly but surely spreading through tourism, much of the hippie energy has still been preserved and especially the time of the monsoon between June and September offers Goa to go inside. The climate is fantastic, nature predominates and takes its place, everything blossoms, the inhabitants are relaxed and the daily rain refreshes not only the body but also the mind.
